What's happening with the Bryn Llewelyn Appeal?

Bryn Llewelyn wind turbine development - status of the Appeal.

Some firmer news on timescale for the appeal which is to be decided by Carl Sargeant AM at the Welsh Assembly.
The following was included in a letter sent on 17 January to the County Council by the Assembly department concerned,
"As you know the appeal and related common land applications are to be determined by the Welsh Ministers. The indicative target for determining the appeal and related common land applications is on or before 10 April 2014." The Assembly Letter Reference is qA1140739 From Laura Harry, Decisions Branch, Planning Division, Department for Housing and Regeneration.
